Debts between citizens and private firms are forgiven and no longer collectible through the Courts or Debt Recovery Agents, with penalties for attempts at private enforcement. All Debts are declared by Debtors and their Creditors are reimbursed at those amounts up to $50,000. Remaining balances can be invested as shareholdings in any registered NZ Business.

All Citizens Debts in account balances at Government Agencies (IRD, WINZ, ACC) or at any Regulated Banks & Finance Companies are credited directly at the Reserve Bank.​​​
