1. A New Zealand Citizen registered to Vote in New Zealand.
2. For Congress: Resident in OR have been born in OR your parents OR grandparents having been born in that specific Congressional City/District Area.
3. For President: Born or resident in any Congressional City/District Area.
4. Willing to swear the Oath to be subject to and protect and defend The Constitution of New Zealand.
